Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the GrowSub website and the growth services we offer through it. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to the terms below. If any of this doesn't work for you, please don't use the service.

Who we are

GrowSub is operated by a small independent team based in Warsaw, Poland. If you need to reach us for anything contract- or complaint-related, email [email protected].

What we sell

We deliver social media growth signals — followers, likes, views, subscribers, comments, and channel members — to publicly accessible profiles and posts on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, Telegram, and Facebook. We never request or store the password to your social accounts.

Your account with us

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Don't reuse a password you use elsewhere.
• One person, one account. Multi-accounting is allowed for agencies with a wholesale agreement.
• You're responsible for all activity that happens through your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use GrowSub to:

• Send traffic to profiles or content promoting hate speech, violence, or CSAM.
• Send traffic to profiles or content that you don't own or have permission to promote.
• Buy engagement for scam accounts, phishing pages, or fraudulent shops.
• Circumvent platform bans, restrictions, or moderation actions.

We may cancel any order and refund it at our discretion if it triggers our acceptable-use checks.

Delivery and refills

Delivery timelines are best-estimates based on our supplier network and historical data. If we can't deliver an order within a reasonable window (typically 72 hours for most packs), you get an automatic refund.

Refills run automatically for 30 days after successful delivery, unless the product page states otherwise. Refills do not extend or renew after the 30-day window.

Payments and refunds

• Prices are in USD. Card, PayPal, and crypto payments are supported.
• If we can't fulfill your order, we refund in full to the original payment method within 24 hours.
• Refunds after successful delivery are case-by-case — social signals can't be un-delivered. We usually offer a compensating top-up on the next order.
• Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first will result in permanent account suspension.

Nature of the service

GrowSub is a marketing-signal delivery service. We can't and don't guarantee any specific outcome from your marketing (revenue, monetization eligibility, brand deals, etc.). Third-party platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.) may change their algorithms or terms at any time — we can't control that.

Liability

Our maximum liability to you for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect damages (lost profits, reputation harm, etc.).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email and posted here at least 14 days before taking effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes go to the courts of Warsaw. If you're a consumer in the EU, this doesn't affect your statutory rights.
